The Planning Commission Voted. Now What?

The City of Grand Rapids and developer Adam Rogalski want you to think this is over. It’s not.

The City and the developer want you to believe that if we don’t just roll over, they’ll put an even bigger development on this lot. They can’t.

They want you to believe that EGLE, the state environmental regulatory agency, doesn’t have jurisdiction. They do. 

They don’t want you to trust the expert testimony of a wetland scientist with 3x the experience of the one they hired. Too bad.

We are not done fighting bad development in our neighborhood. Not by a long shot.

Years of working as a Walmart-funded lobbyist has taught Adam Rogalksi to believe he can get what he wants through thinly veiled threats and intimidation. He’s wrong.
